By accessing or using the Run Without Me platform ("Service"), operated by Primalogist LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Run Without Me provides an autonomous customer care and business intelligence platform, including but not limited to:

  • Automated call answering and missed call recovery
  • Instant text-back and SMS-based customer communication
  • Appointment booking and confirmation management
  • AI-powered customer inquiry responses and support
  • CRM and lead management tools
  • Business intelligence analytics and strategic insights
  • Multi-channel outreach (email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone)

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Run Without Me:

  • You consent to receive SMS informational updates, including appointment confirmations, booking reminders, and customer inquiry responses.
  • Message frequency varies based on your use of our services.
  • Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details.
  • You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
  • For help, reply HELP or contact us at +1 (678) 992-4848.
  • We do not share your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
  • Supported carriers include major US carriers. Service may not be available on all carriers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit illegal activities.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited communications, or misleading content.
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Primalogist LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Primalogist LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, upon notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
